Meet Yana Gerhardt, DMD
Dr. Yana Gerhardt obtained her bachelor's degree in biology at California State University, Sacramento. She continued her dental education at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. There she earned her DMD and a certificate in Dental Public Health. Dr. Gerhardt is a member of the American Dental Association & Academy of General Dentistry. In addition, she is trained and certified to perform many different Botox treatments now offered at Higley Park Dental Care.
When she is not busy seeing patients, Dr. Gerhardt enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. Their son and their daughter are both adorable blondies. A little shy when they first meet someone new, but show their fun, active selves once they become a bit more comfortable. Cooking in her home kitchen, trying all types of new cuisine out at restaurants, and traveling to explore many different countries keeps Dr. Gerhardt and her family busy with adventure. She was born and raised in Moldova before moving to the US as teenager. Therefore, it's no surprise that she speaks fluent Russian, as well as some Romanian, and Ukrainian.
